The Village Cheltenham

Brand Identity, Property Development

Goldfields is a Melbourne based property developer with a simple, yet effective philosophy: to deliver homes that represent how people want to live today.

We were tasked with branding The Village Cheltenham for Goldfields as a ‘Bayside Living’ destination with convenience and style.

The main focus of The Village was the inner park area and the creation of a ‘village’ community around it. We used this ‘layering’ concept as a visual cue for the brand, sales documents, brochures and website. To convey the community feel and to highlight the park, we commissioned local Melbourne artist ‘Gatsby’ to illustrate the different aspects of The Village lifestyle.

From early concepts to the final building stages of The Village and beyond, we have been responsible for producing and art directing all brand assets including renders, photography and illustrations as well as the design and fit-out of the display suite and hoarding.
