After the success of the Central Park project, R.Corporation commissioned us to create the identity and campaign for their next townhouse project in Maidstone, which consisted of 145 townhouses built over four stages. The Grove was a more affordable and accessible offering which was reflected in the fresher, more modern look and feel targeting a young first home owner.
Our role was to create a brand campaign, including all printed collateral, art direction, digital marketing, display suite and event collateral, suggesting life around The Grove. Located in one of Melbourne’s most emerging inner west locations, The Grove Maidstone sold out in record time.
