For The Coach House, we created a modern, crafted brand campaign to reflect the vibrant inner-Melbourne lifestyle of Windsor for a youthful target market. Drawing from the history of the area and the contemporary lifestyle that the neighbourhood encourages, we developed a high-quality image-based campaign that ran across a multitude of platforms to appeal to investors, first-home buyers and owner-occupiers. A highlight for us was the brochure, with its debossed and brass-foiled cover embellishments and unique binding.
In addition to the usual marketing collateral, we custom-designed a display suite structure situated in a local brick warehouse, just a short walk from The Coach House site. Fully-fitted to the apartment specifications, the structure featured the individual touches that residents were to expect from their new home such as the weathered brass tapware, natural timber flooring underfoot and bluetooth speakers overhead.
