Goldfields is a Melbourne based property developer with a simple, yet effective philosophy: to deliver homes that represent how people want to live today. With an already impressive track record, they are now creating homes in the inner suburbs of Melbourne and are diversifying their portfolio to land and townhouse projects.
After having worked with Goldfields on The Village, we had developed a strong working relationship with the company and were asked to align their corporate branding with the standard set by their project branding.
The main objective with this identity was to create a unique wordmark that would be instantly recognisable when used to support the various project brands that it would be used along side. The look and feel was kept purposely minimal to allow future project brands to shine.
